Will my phone work?
Your phone must be unlocked (not tied to a carrier). For eSIM it also needs to support eSIM. Most recent iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel models do.
eSIM or physical SIM?
An eSIM installs from a QR code, so there is no card to swap. A physical SIM works on any unlocked phone, and we put it in for you at the store.
Does WhatsApp keep my number?
Yes. You get a Colombian number for local calls, but WhatsApp and your other apps stay on your usual account.
What if I run out of data or days?
